Refund Policy
1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:
- Items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition
 - Original tags and packaging are intact
 - Proof of purchase is provided
 
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:
- Personalized/custom-made products
 - Pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons
 - Items marked “Final Sale”
 
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Log into your account at jumpfashions.com
 - Navigate to “Order History” and select the relevant order
 - Complete the return request form
 - Pack items securely and attach the prepaid return label (UK only)
 
4. Refund Timeline
- Allow 5-7 business days for us to process returns upon receipt
 - Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
 - Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
 
5. International Returns
- Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs
 - Refunds will exclude original shipping fees and import taxes
 
6. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a faulty item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
 - Provide photos of the damage/defect
 - We’ll cover all return shipping costs
 
7. Exchanges
For size exchanges:
- Return the original item following standard procedures
 - Place a new order for the desired size
 
8. Store Credit Option
Alternatively, you may choose:
- Instant store credit (issued immediately upon return approval)
 - E-gift card for future purchases
 
9. Late/Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:
- First check with your bank (processing may take 2-3 additional days)
 - Contact us via the Help Center if unresolved
 
10. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update this policy. The current version always applies.
