Refund Policy

1. Returns Eligibility
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, provided:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed and in original condition
  • Original tags and packaging are intact
  • Proof of purchase is provided

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized/custom-made products
  • Pierced jewelry for hygiene reasons
  • Items marked “Final Sale”

3. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Log into your account at jumpfashions.com
  2. Navigate to “Order History” and select the relevant order
  3. Complete the return request form
  4. Pack items securely and attach the prepaid return label (UK only)

4. Refund Timeline

  • Allow 5-7 business days for us to process returns upon receipt
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

5. International Returns

  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Refunds will exclude original shipping fees and import taxes

6. Damaged/Defective Items
If you receive a faulty item:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage/defect
  • We’ll cover all return shipping costs

7. Exchanges
For size exchanges:

  • Return the original item following standard procedures
  • Place a new order for the desired size

8. Store Credit Option
Alternatively, you may choose:

  • Instant store credit (issued immediately upon return approval)
  • E-gift card for future purchases

9. Late/Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

  • First check with your bank (processing may take 2-3 additional days)
  • Contact us via the Help Center if unresolved

10. Policy Changes
